Any tips would help

Post by Rfatt16 » Fri Jul 13, 2007 5:11 pm

I am heading to Banks lake for a camping trip next week. Anyone that frequents the lake have any tips or hot spots. I'm staying and Coulee Playland so if anyone knows some spots i would appreciate it.

Stop in and talk to Big Wally on your way in.

Dilbert gave you good advice. Also the walleyes appear to be fishing good in the punchbowl if you get down that far.

barker flats + 8' of water + rat-l-traps or cranks = lots of smallies.

oh, and good luck trying to get in touch with big wally, he seems to not be around much.

Anything that comes out of CK14's mouth is gold so take his hints to the dome. My avatar is a picture of a largie I caught at Banks a couple months ago. I was fishing along the highway and using a Perch colored Jointed Shad Rap by Rapala. That same crank was nailing perch, crappie, walleye and alot of smallies too. Its my favorite lure ever. Good luck and be sure to let us know how the trip went.
