Lake Goodwin
Hey guys im planning on fishing Goodwin this weekend with AMX and was wondering if there was anyone that could throw some tips on some of the productive rigs. I know there are smallies so is it a drop shot, crank, shakeyhead and jig type of lake. What else works well out there?
Thanks

RE:Lake Goodwin
let us no how it goes thats a lake on my list very soon
Today she met me at the door, said I would have to choose, if I picked up that fishing rod today, she'd be packing all her things and she'd be gone by noon....well I'm gonna miss her when I get home
RE:Lake Goodwin
Fished up there last night....tons of boats/jetskis on the lake. fished from 430-8..missed one fish on a shakyhead. Water was really stirred up from all the traffic..dingiest i have ever seen it. Normally, you can see bottom in 18-20 ft w/ polarized glasses, last night couldnt even see bottom in 3-5 ft. Threw the tackle box at em. Fished all my favorite spots. Figure the chewed up water shut them down. Fished until i realized i was taking on massive water....lost a rivet in the bottom of the hull...nice to have a 3/16" hole in the bottom of the boat...off to get fixed tonight.
