#1 Post reports and generally post more often. I'm here almost daily, but you wouldn't know it :-" Hopefully I can change that in '09.

#2 Learn to use my FF I just bought.

#3 Finally catch a smallie; somewhere, anywhere.

#4 Catch a LMB over 6 lbs.

Happy '09 everyone!

As for fishing more w/ WL members. Myself as well as a half dozen others are putting together a trip for the weekend before Memorial day over to Banks. May-14-17th. Anyone is welcome, may also put together a friendly tourny...low money, but fun. Spots are filling fast at Steamboat Rock but there is plenty of nearby camping. PM w/ interest.

Be careful on using the term tourny when talking about groups of people .. Remember that The Fish & wildlife are also members on here .. :-#

Fishing Contests
A fishing contest is defined as any event where six or more licensed anglers (age 15 and older) fish competitively for game fish and determine winners, regardless of the prize value.

Straight off the WDFW site covering contest regulations. There is much more there than this, but this pretty much sums up what the others have previously stated.

Hey Low Vee Dub,

I found this thing in the regs about tourneys and you might want to be careful about talking about that. I don't know if that's been covered on here or not, but just a heads up. (insert sarcasm smiley here) ;-)

My goal is to fish more waters and catch more fish.

THanks for the heads up from everyone. Just looking to have a good time. No prizes, just bragging rights. thats it. So as long as there is no prizes, we should be in the clear from what i read.
