I usually buy all my gear from TW. But something told me last night not to buy anything just yet. I notice prices went up on specific items since bass season is almost in full effect. So i just figured i'd randomly calling all the local tackle shops to find out prices for yet another Loomis/Daiwa swimbait setup. This is what i was looking for and purchased.

Gloomis SWB955c "best overall swimbait rod on the market" :thumleft:

TW: $285
3R: $240

Daiwa Luna 253L "Why buy anything else" :thumright

TW: $250
3R: $230

Total=
TW: $534.05 free shipping and a free shirt #-o
3R: $506.14

Guess sometimes if you take the time to check and support locally, you might find a better deal :cheers:

That is local support is all about Basstradamus , It feeds the guys that we fish with and keeps them in a position to compete against national stores . Guys like you and others play a bigger role in the Fishing community then you think when ever you support local guys ! =d> =d>

It can be hard at times to find the things your looking for depending on the the fish your trying to catch. Tackle is very limited and alot of the times priced farily high. Salmon and trout guys have it made when it comes to shopping locally in the NW.

But if more of us purchase locally and put up a demand on certain items. I'm sure eventually they will carry just about everything were looking for at a decent price. :thumleft:
