RE:sorry to waste your time
Nice fish Sunshine,..don't even trip on what people say,..just give it right back 2 them especially if they're disrepecting you,..stand your ground and if it continues just let Mike Carey know and the problem will be resolved,..I've had some issues with some on the site and I will not tolerate disrespect,..and I surely will let them know if I'm offended,..the old cliche applies,.."If you can't say anything nice then it's better 2 shut your piehole",..people on forums tend 2 be a little more agressive then they normally would in person,..take it with a grain of salt and push on,..!

Hey Sunshine, if you ever want to tube some of the lakes in Pierce and Thurston Counties, you just say the word. I'll show you we're all a bunch of nice people at heart. You just have to promise not to catch more fish than me.

Everybody seems to be showing some respect, it can be tough being the "new guy". It happens everywhere, especially in Forums. Keep posting and you will get the hang of it.

I would have to say I have found nothing but help, great advice and awesome support as this "new" guy begins in the sport. this is an awesome site and I have not met one yet that has shown any type of disrespect to me in the least.
'course they don't have biscuits and gravy ... but if they did, I bet everyone would eat there.

Last time I heard Shut your Piehole was on a cartoon called Futurama.A robot named Bender said that to lela.I about lost it when I heard that phrase.

RE:sorry to waste your time
I think I got a bit over sensitive being relatively "new" in a forum that has very few Lady Anglers....That said, sorry I was being such a girl...:joker:
I caught that fish in Blackman's Lake in snohomish...more of a pond than a lake....but surprisingly the fish are pretty good size.
I go out almost every day durring the week to different smaller lakes in the north end. Fishing has been good, but I'm ready to catch a HOG!

No worries. I went to Blackman's once, nice lake. I was fishing for trout though.
Is there a canal of sorts on the lake somewhere? It was either this lake or some other one, but I hear that there have been some nice bass caught in the canal.

Who can do it this year?
DANG sunshine...that looks close to a LB to me....you might want to go back and get that one...Every anglers dream...A STATE RECORD!!
Did you measure it?? Usually they say 11-12" is about a pound for sunfish spp.
(BTW, there is a secret underground movement to get the bass forum past the freshwater forum for number of posts...FYI...soon it will be WashingtonBassLakes.com).......only kidding....
