RE:Braided line!!!
I've used 4 & 6# fireline for years on my light spinning setups and like em both. Tried heavier and it seemed too stiff for me. I use Palomar knots and haven't had any problems with it. Is there any difference when using braided on a baitcaster? Also, what is a San Diego knot? Grog doesn't have it... http://www.animatedknots.com/indexfishing.php
I fish not because I regard fishing as being terribly important, but because I suspect that so many of the other concerns of men are equally unimportant, and not nearly so much fun. ~ John Volker
