Got my Boga Grip!

Post by HillbillyGeek » Tue Jul 15, 2008 10:28 pm

Model #315. It will weigh fish up to 15 lbs in 1/4 lb increments. These things are suh-weet!

I read lots of reviews and the only fish gripper/scale combo that didn't have a shload of customer complaints was the original boga grip. They are kind of pricey, but I figured it was a good investment. No more weight "guesstimates"! :^o

I'll also be able to catch and release fish without touching them. Although I'll miss the smell of bass on my hands, using the boga grip should increase the odds that fish I release will live to fight another day. :thumright

I've had mine for a few years now and I love being able to quickly weigh and release the fish. I still usually lip bass and then use the Boa to weigh them, but it's great for other species that might have a few teeth.
