Maybe a spinnerbait, a jig, and a senko.

A jig-n-pig is a good bet. IF the temps are good, try a spinnerbait. Any weedless worm set-up will work, as do tubes, especially on the shallow side of the island. Pitch your worms and jigs very close to the bulrushes, as that's where the spawners are.

Try the lizzards.Head over to sportco and pick up some zoom monster 10.5 dark colors black is good or junebug red shad teq sun rise. T-rig use a light weight you can cast a long ways.Every one else is also right but try what you like to use first.
Are you hung up again!
