I went out there today for Smallies after my nieghbor told me he caught some last year, but had no luck.
From shore theres not much acces, since almost all of it on Marymoor is used for dogs to swim.
But we found a good place past the dogs where its shallow then it suddenly drops off about 50 yds from the main lake.
Has anyone ever had any luck there? Cause im not even sure what my nieghbor caught were smallies. He made them sound more like crappie. (none of those either)
And any idea on what to use? Maybe its too early?

After looking at the maps its more than 50 yds.
Its around where the black square is missing.

When I first started bass fishing like 10- 11 years ago my brother and I would use a car-topper and electric motor and fish all day in that area. We caught lots of little largemouth (up to 13 inches) perch, and sunfish. This was in the months of August and September.
