Wow where to begin. Grab a map, close eyes and put finger anywhere on map and fish closest lake. Bass fishing will not be good for a bout another month and a half. Here is a list of some phenomenal lakes:

Moses
Potholes
Liberty
Long
Newman
Hauser
Hayden
Snake river
PO river
Silver
Fernan
CDA lake
Round
Chatcolet
PO Lake
Banks
I am pretty sure I missed some but you get the idea. These are ALL GREAT lakes for bass. It is tough around here 'cause they all seem to go off about the same time which can be tough to decide which one to hit. If interested I could show you around this spring.

Roosevelt is probably the only one you missed.

As far as in Spokane Long lake is awesome. Ive been there once and really really liked it. Lots of smallies and big largemouth.

As far as Spokane, the best, easiest fishing is Long...

You know I wish Gonzaga would stock our Lake Arthur. It would be a fun bass lake on campus! The Spokane River has occasionally flooded and put some trout in here...I know cause I've seen them jump...and some are huge! I know they say NO FISHING, but what a great bass lake if it were to be stocked...hmm...well, Spokane is awesome and there are some close bassin areas!

Don't forget Eloika Lake just north of Spokane. It has some huge largemouth in it. Great lake to fish in spring.

Chapman south of Spokane is good also. The Spokane River out in the valley holds some good bass.
