Thanks Chris. Ive made a lot of changes over the past year to make them what they are today.

tnj: Here's the bluegill one I made a while back. clear smoke and transparent colors are easy to do with plastics but skirting material is a lot different.

i have only used chatterbaits that were really small for bluegill or crappie, how would you fish these things?

Ive never seen a "small" chatter bait but these would fish the same way. You can wake them toward the surface. You can hop them off the bottom like a jig. Swim them with fast or slow retrieve. Dead Stick. Slow roll. Just about anything works.

I usually fish it like a crankbait in water too open for a spinnerbait, but too weedy for a regular crankbait, By the way I've caught trout on them by accident.

The baits you have already are great.

I would like to see a good green pumpkin chatterbait with a craw trailer so you can hop it like a craw in the rocks, or in cover. Seems like most of your baits are geared for swimmin. Put out mabe a flippin color like the green pumpkin i suggested before, or a good craw brown with black flake, and a craw trailer. A black, brown, and amber bait would be sweet too. Your swimmin colors are good to go i wouldn't change much!

Keep up the good work.

I would actually like to mabe buy one of those blugill pattern ones it looks killer.

You dont have to swim them you can hop them too. And with the current trailers act like craws themselfs. I had a brown craw pattern that never sold so Ive just put up the green/brown pattern.

Thanks for the kinds words your input means a lot!

How do you think a frog pattern would sell?
Reel it just below surface near weedline mabe?
Might be something to think about?

The chatter frog is a chatter bait with a different type of trailer and a frog color pattern. I also made some of these back when the chatter frog first came out and they didn't sell

I have always accepted special orders so If there is something you would like just email or PM me. What some people think will work some other think it wont. Its not worth the money to buy a load of some products but Id be able to do a few for special orders.

sounds good, I like the frog pattern picture you submitted better than the one I did. Where did you get that pic, is that one of your baits?

I'll contact you when I'm ready to order.

P.S what do you charge for shipping? Do you charge more for special orders?

Yes that is one of my baits. Shipping is free. Special orders might but not likely be more (not much if any).

My first chatterbait was in fact the ChatterFrog that my wife picked up for me at BPS while visiting family in Oklahoma. She was watching the video at the display and thought I would like to try it, she almost didn't buy it after hearing some locals bashing the lure saying they bought the kit and haven't caught a thing on it.

My first use was at Siltcoos Lake where I caught a pair of 16" trout that were rising to a sunset hatch. I used it again in one of the canals at Silver Lake as a coverage lure and did very well. Since that Chatterfrog I was sold. Looking forward to using the ones that I got from Daniel. BTW, my sons grapped a few of your baits over Christmas because they liked them so much.
