RE:Silver Lake
I will prob be out there monday. Depends on the weather cause I was there Thurs when this cold front was just gettin here and no luck. My buddy just trashed my bran new Safari prop for the t motor only used it once before that :( The wind has been really strong there latly. Makin fishin a little tougher. If I was you just pick a spot that looks good for what you like to do and try it. The fish are really wacked out with crazy hot cold weather we have been having. We threw jigs deep deep in cover where you prob would not get them out but just see if they are there and no luck! I was using a bitsy bug jig and my partner was using a bigger one. Prob will go with plastics next time.
Wherever there is water there must be a fish!
RE:Silver Lake
Wind is a losing battle...
I will be out Wednesday for sure maybe Tuesday, looks like weather will improve by then
I was thinkin jigs and plastics
Im thinking to mainly target deeper wood and rocks (once I find them) with jigs?
