As it turned out I developed a blood clot in my leg. :-({|= . I was hospitalized for 4 days. I'm out at home un...

Pickled head cheese too!!! [blink] When fishing or crabbing the piers Liverwurst might be the way to go to clear out p...

It tasted great but it's hard to have a fairly close conversation with anyone after eating that combination. I tried it with some sliced Wh...

Re: Boutarga Anyone?

Been with Dad. He's in a nursing home after his trache operation. I visit him daily. Between the surgery and the dementia I feel I have to be there for him. He's always been there for me.

Boutarga Anyone?

I just ordered two Jumbo Boutargas from Canada. Boutarga is dried ,salted Silver Mullet roe. I grate it on eggs or pasta. Its also just sliced thin and served with Greek olives and a touch of lime juice. I eat it right off the skein.

Re: I-82 ponds?

The Ellensburg ponds and Fiorito are more trout lakes. The I82 ponds are like from Buena, Sunnyside and that area are more for panfish. If you're going to fish at the pond right before Yakima don't leave anything visible in your car.
