The way I see it, MOST lakes are open year round. Unless I miss my mark, if it isn't listed in the regs it is either a private lake or open year-round.... yes? no?

100% Skunked. The reason I think this is a good idea is that it takes HOURS to find the lakes that are open year round... I just thought that creating a page called the "Year-Round Lake Index" was a good idea... one that needed to come with a disclaimer in RED BOLD letters stating that they need to ...

I really should be getting to bed... but I think I figured out where I can go. Sullivan Lake is another big deep lake that I can troll (need to try out my new gear!) and it is open all year.

We need to add another field to the lake databse for lakes that are open year round. I'm setting out to Bead Lake tomorrow morning with no clear idea of whether or not I can get in. The data for Bead Lake is OLD... REALLY OLD. The WDWF site mentions nothing about the hours or the gate or the restric...

Google only shows 2 hits, both of them from the WDFW site... so I imagine that it's a nick-name and not an officially recognized name. Email them and find out!
