RE:getting flack from homeowners while fishing out from their docks
I had one instance on pine where I was sitting close to someones dock but casting away from it down shore in the shallows. The women of the house had seen me, went inside and out came the gold lab, which started barking at me. Rather than take the dog in, she sat there next to the dog watching me. I...

Do any of you have a garmin 140 fishfinder? Any comments.

I don't need color, I'm not going to be using it on saltwater, and I'm going to mount it on the transom that attaches to my inflatable sevlor ...

home page recent fishing reports
I'm not sure if this is possible but when I read a freshwater report, I click on the report, finish reading, hit the back arrow in my browser, and return to the freshwater report again to read the next one. If I'm browsing the river/ saltwater etc reports, once I finish reading it, I hit the back ar...

RE:WashingtonLakes.com Trash Cleanup Planning Thread
I've never been to rattlesnake. I know it has gear restrictions, could someone explain that to me. I just want to be sure. I don't own a flyfishing rig and for some reason I thought this lake was a "flyfish only" type zone. Looking foward to meeting some of you. I'll meet you at pine on cleanup day....

RE:I want to get my feet wet, any king county area suggestions?
thanks for the info on green. I thought I saw a warning somewhere about eating anything that came out of that river. I was actually going to head further east in king county, maybe out by duvall. I see a lot of rivers and creeks on the map, but not all of them are listed in the WDFW pamphlet. I did ...

I want to get my feet wet, any king county area suggestions?
I've been counting down the days until June 1st when I know most of the rivers open up to fishing. Can any of you seasoned anglers give me some advice on where to start, what type of fish to expect, what type of line weight should I run, what's the average size fish to expect? My experience with riv...

RE:Question about lake Sammamish
thanks for the replys. It's a 12' sevylor raft with a small trolling motor. I wanted to stay close to shore, obey the rules for issaquah creek and go for trout/ salmon. Or go by marymoor park and try the bass fishing in the shallows.

Question about lake Sammamish
I'm not sure if this fits in this section or the boating section, but here it goes. I know lake Sammaish has a boat launch area that charges 10$ to launch a boat. In my case I use an inflatable raft and I am wondering if there are other places I can launch without having to pay to get on the lake. O...
