Actually a boat that's not stored in the water can corrode faster than one stored in the water. The corrosion starts in the water and goes to town when it gets out in the air.

No cracked block or manifold if you ran it on the hose with no trouble. one of IO seals has gone and let water in to the point it started going in the dip stick and in through the exhaust. A floor in that boat is a few sheets of marine or exterior ply. Some good copper treatment a couple coats of varathane and maybe a little diy bedliner and you're good to go.
