Re: Satsop or Chehalis river this weekend
Thanks Mike, I wasnt too sure I was reading it correctly, it can be confusing the way they have it listed. Skagit, thanks for the info. Dont need to have any run ins with the locals. We might try near the launch at hgwy 12, then maybe head up to the Hump. My truck should be able to handle it. Do you...

Thanks Mike. Hopefully we have a great report after the weekend. A friend told me to try the Hump up by the hatchery as well.

Re: Satsop or Chehalis river this weekend

Or on the map I do see a point near where the east and west forks split that looks like there is access. What type of spinner were you using? Since I am really ...

Satsop or Chehalis river this weekend
Looking for info on either of these rivers. Is there still good fishing in either and are there decent shore fishing places? If so how do I get there? We are headed out for razors Saturday and want to make a whole day trip out of it.

Re: dock fishing etiquette question
Yes pretty new, and other than throwing out a bobber or maybe dropping down to the bottom for trout, pretty new to fishing. Spent most of the last 20 years raising kids and running them around to all their sporting events. Now its time to fish. Jon B Was 3rd MAW MALS-11, mostly at El Toro with a sho...

Re: dock fishing etiquette question
Jon B, thanks. We only tried angle for something different and still close to home, usually go to Fenwick where it is peaceful and relaxing. I plan on hitting some of the hike in lakes next spring and summer, need to get into better shape so the knees will hold up. I have read the reports of yours a...

dock fishing etiquette question
Recently at angle lake the dock became very crowded. We were pushed down to the end of the El portion of the doc. The guy that ended up next to us wanted to cast straight out beyond where the folks on the longer portion of the dock were fishing. he actually yelled over for someone to pull their bobb...

Re: Razor clams
Great, took about an hour for 4 of us to limit. Need to get headlamps or better lanterns. We didnt get there until after it was dark, saw alot of cars leaving by then, it was a pretty big tide, so they probably got started in daylight. Sizes were mixed, had several hogs and some pretty small ones, m...

Razor clams
Anybody been out this week? Looking at going to grayland area, unless the other beaches that only open a few days have bigger clams.
