Re: recent cow glowslosh steelhat

If indeed there is a technique known as flossing I fail to see the problem. There are no rules that state a maximum leader length. There is nothing illegal about it. For those that think it's snagging, call it that and prove it. It can't be done as no one will never be able to prove the intent to s...

Found Rod and Reel

Found a rod and reel at tokul today. Unfortunately it got run over and the rod is toast but the reel seems to be ok. Describe the combo and we can figure out how to get it back to you.

RE:Winter Steel

[/quote] That is an ignorant statement . just because your fishing skills are not expanded enough to know how to fish when the water is colored up don't try tell others how they caught fish, if you let them tell you, you may learn .I am not at all telling you to learn to floss. what I am saying is f...

Bottomed out my 20# scale before gutting it. Got home and stepped on a bathroom scale with it and it was 20# gutted. It definately had shoulders! It really didn't matter how big it was though.... look at the smile! Same smile with his steelhead a week earlier and it NEVER gets old.

RE:Let's see your best fish this year!

Not mine but my 7 year old son with his 23# springer. He caught it entirely on his own on fathers day  . Grandpa had to help him hold it up :) Second year in a row he has caught the only fish in the boat on our fathers day trip. :) Sorry for the bad picture, batteries were dead in ...

RE:How NOT to drive a sled!

" No one here has run much white water or much water experience period." You did say it. I don't need a gold star. I just don't understand your reasoning for making such a blanket statement. All I was trying to get across to you is that you shouldn't go around saying that "No one here has run much w...

RE:How NOT to drive a sled!

So much condemnation tells me one thing. No one here has run much white water or much water experience period. Wavy water doesn't necessarily mean rocks, sometimes the deepest place is in the wave train. The only way to be sure about any area of a river is to run it with someone that knows the rive...
