In the case of these homeowners, I tend to think the issue is that the homes are ~ 2 years old or less and they just haven't learned about life on the lake. But I am sorry to hear about your experience with that inconsiderate bass fisherman.

Turns out it's illegal to skindive without posting a diver's flag. So I suppose the diver would have been at fault.
