i was thinking of trying my luck at Kayak Point on the pier and was wondering whats to catch out there and what to use as bait? saltwater is new to me and wanna learn.. i just want to catch any fish, nothing in particular.

This park was awesome. they have 3 or 4 lakes on orcas island and the fishing was excellent. not many people there as you have to take a ferry at 45 dollars a car but it was well worth it.. camping spots were great, showers were hot, hiking trails were excellent and the deer were abundant. i would g...

i was fishing the bank under the downtown bridge where the river bends. alot of humpies are being pulled out of there. ill be there bright and early tomorrow.

thank yall for all the comments as i went to the skagit river and fixed my rig with a 4 oz sinker with a line spreader with sand shrimp and in 10 minutes had two 4 pound pinks... awesome.. nothing much rest of the morning but it got hot.

i wanna fish for bass and trout.. although i have never cleaned a trout and wouldnt know how.. bass i do know how. where is toad lake? ive fished lake padden with no luck using salmon eggs and power bait. that lake doesnt look very deep. is terrel lake near the refinery?

im a fisherman form texas with over 22 yrs fishing for channel cats, yellow cats, and blue cats and ill tell u, they will bite on anything. i have used(and yes these have worked) hotdogs, chicken liver, stinkbait, shrimp, worms, minnows, oatmeal balls, and jerkey... shrimp is the best.
