To tell the truth, That is the only bait I use during spawn. I use it with no weight and run light line and just flip it into the shallows and let it sink. they cannot resist it!

Can a local diver help me retrieve my anchor?? I know where it is and it is in shallow water in Edmonds. I really liked this anchor and it was a gift to boot. I will help with air or whatever.

About 20 years ago at 12 midnight I caught a HUGE Octy off that dock The head was about the size of a 5 gal bucket. Maybe 15'-18 feet across. I ended up having a guy run for a floating net and the gent with me hooked it on the other side and after many tries we got it in the net and pulled it up, Th...

RE:Abu Garcia SUCKS

All my level wind reels are Abu and I figured that since this was an all ABU combo with a very nice steelhead/Salom reel that the pole must be ok too. I guessed wrong. I will replace the pole with a better one and no worries as I have been breaking poles/Rods since I was 5. I was talking to Grandpa ...

RE:2009 Ling Cod Season

As a kid we used to fish off the ferry dock in Edmonds and a few other places close by for Piling Perch and when we would pull them up from 20-50' of water they would be spilling the guts! So others out there do not like it either.
