I would much much rather see gill nets in the bay than in the rivers. Probably a Tulalip boat, and their hatchery does Chum, Chinook, and Coho... so they kind of have every right to those fish, especially considering they DO NOT net the Snohomish River.

Shilshole ramp 8/30/15 - 30 boats with 35 Coho. And that was a week ago.

The coho are in NOW don't waste any time waiting for them. They have been catching steady limits in many of the go-to areas.

The best way to fish them is a stop and go retrieve. Crank a few times then stop and let it flutter, crank, repeat. The fish will pick it up while it's dropping to flutter and the next time you go to reel it will be "fish on"
