Re: Craziest lure you've come across on the river?

Re: Skagit Sockeye!

Get mad all you want.. they estimate the numbers. They dont have to be 100% accurate, or a higher count from the day before.
And months on the river? You were surprised that #4 brads didnt work on kings... yeah, okay.

Water acess sites are listed by the name of the acess site, not body of water. Which is listed right there too.

Re: Looking to buy my first boat! Help a newbie out!!

Search home made motor mounts for pontoons, or something similar and you should get plenty of ideas. Theres is a series of videos where a guy makes a pvc motor mount for his pontoon. As for oars, if they fit through the oar locks they will work. You can always try calling a company that sells a simi...

Re: Help, I pilot or I pilot link

This last fall i pulled up to the bottom of a line of anchored boats in pretty good current. After a little the boat above me left. A sled came in, set his spot lock and proceeded to hang there. At first he moved around a bit to much but once it was actually set it was pretty slick. He was there unt...

If you fish lake stevens this could be very important!!

If you spend any time fishing lake stevens please dont ignore this. Im not entirely sure what the goal is but it seems like ski boats will get their own lane around the outside of the lake?

Re: Skykomish High Bridge to Sultan? Safe in a pontoon?

I havent been down in a while, at the bottom of duffy creek where it dumps into the clay bank hole there was/is a big sweeper that you got to watch for in low water. Below the moth of the wallace, at the end of that run there are logs and a root ball you want to go to the right of (north side). That...

What kind of shrimp do you speak of? Please tell us more about them since you seem to know so much. Please include where you found out salmon eat shrimp off the bottom of rivers.
