The tribes quota is based off the commercial catches. They take a fraction of their 50% allowance. The method used by the tribes to catch the salmon are different than sport fishing of course. Are they worse than 2 boats dragging a Gill net a mile long? Not really. Are they better than SLV infested ...

From what I understand Burbot hang out in deep and dark (120 ft) areas during the day time. At night they come shallow and feeding increases. During the winter if you can find an ice fishing spot they will be active as well. From what I understand areas like the Kettle river that do freeze over are ...

Not sure if Eastside is a WWA area or you mean EWA. There are a few handicap access lakes on the EWA side of the state. Fish lake out by Cheney, Wa and Bear lake north of Spokane are a few. Both donated by the Spokane Walleye Club.
