report tabs not all working
I am having an issue with the report tabs other than the latest reports. If I click on lake reports, river reports, etc. it just goes to error page. This worked for me the other day. The only one that still seems correct is the latest reports. I think this is a great feature that makes sorting troug...

Re: Login not working
Still having an issue with Chrome after going through all outlined steps above twice. Closed everything out but did not restart the computer, did that yesterday. Working fine on Edge still and on my droid Motorola though.

Re: Login not working
None of that seemed to work on Chrome, even took Mikes advice and cleared all cookies through settings, but Edge is working fine so I will just use this for the time being. Thanks for all the great work on the site!

Re: Login not working
Just noticed that when I go to make a post, such as this I am logged in, but if I go to any other page I am logged out and cannot login.

Login not working
I have been unable to log in, user name and password are stored. I click login then enter and nothing happens. Anyone else having an issue? Not sure if this is related to the logout issue just noted.

Re: Spot Shrimp Newbie
While also a newbie, I got my puller and am looking at pots still. I have gone out with friends a few times in the San Juan's (longer season there), we used cat food and pellets. The other thing we found is the bigger pot is better as there is a relatively short window of slack tide where you can re...

Re: Our Friend the Furnance
Yes a carbon monoxide detector is not only the law, but very smart if you have any types of combustion going on. Also while they do make combination smoke-CO detectors, always a good idea to get an extra couple CO detectors and place them near the ground (or close by the combustion unit, stove, furn...

Re: North sound launches
Thanks for the tips. I did launch out of Everett this Sunday, not too bad even for a busy day, loading and unloading was a smooth operation. Even caught a Coho. Might try out Cornet bay next weekend to fish Skagit bay or other places up that way. Do not hear much about 8-1 so any tips are welcome. R...

North sound launches
Checking if anyone has advice on the launches in the North end for access to the sound. I will be launching a 19' glasply cuddy so need a dock and am coming from Warm Beach. Seems like options are Marysville, 10th St., Maybe Langlois, or Camano St. park. Any preferences or things to watch for? Looks...

Re: Fishing near Camano Island
Joe, The salt will be open for Coho, barring emergency closure so beaches might be an option. Another option would be to head just a little south of Stanwood to 7 lakes area. Lots of small lakes with reportedly decent fishing (see JoshH reports), but some floating device would likely be needed as th...

Re: Baker lake sockeye
Don't fish for sockeye that far up river, only a portion of the lower river is open for sockeye. Near the Cascade you can fish for Chinook, otherwise hit the lake.

Re: Remote camp site advice needed!
Lake Daiblo, or if you can arrange the portage Lake Ross. On the eastside you could try Palmer lake (bunch of remote lakes in that area if you want to get farther out like Chopaka) or someplace on Lake Roosevelt.

Re: Switch for parallel batteries
I like the Blue Sea combined with automatic charging relay, gives the benefit of the switch, but no changing back and forth unless you want to combine. It will also charge both batteries with only one hooked up to the charger. This also allows for charging of both batteries from the motor, if main b...

Re: Water Pump on Honda Outboard
Sounds like my older Honda 9.9 did, I dropped the lower unit (repair shop tried to scare me with corrosion potential, but no issue), pulled out all the little rubber bits that had accumulated everywhere and put the new impeller in. No problem and less than $20 (or would have been if I bought the rig...

Re: Lake Goodwin Boat Launch closing for the summer of 2018
They are also closing the launch at Kayak point park for the summer. Guess Snohomish county is doing all there repairs in that area at the same time, seems like they should stagger those closures.

Re: Strangest by Catch pictures!
Caught a Lamprey trolling lake Wa for Coho last week, unfortunately it popped off the hook before I could snap a picture. Actually went for the upper hook on a hootchie that had the shrimp on it. First I thought weeds, then snake (but I was 80 feet down), then I saw the sucker mouth. It was about 12...

Re: Salmon/Tuna charter recommendations
There are list of guides here on this site, under the Home then Services tab. Right now I would think Hanford reach for Kings or Puget sound rivers/salt for cohos. Tuna are about 40-60 miles off the coast so not sure if a 4 and 7 year old would like that long of a run.

Re: Breaking news: OPEN SEASON on Atlantic Salmon - is this real!?!?
Talked to the guy at Teds and was not sure, but said they have been caught on power bait. Something that matches the pellets that they are fed. Guess I have to find them first, then see if they want anything I have to offer. Maybe someone on here will have some luck and pass on the knowledge, I cert...

Re: Breaking news: OPEN SEASON on Atlantic Salmon - is this real!?!?
I will happen to be up in the San Juans this weekend, will see if I can help out the local salmon by salmon by catching a few of those. Anyone have ideas on what to use or depths? Are these more like kings , silvers, or ?? Should at least be good for smoking. This is a good lesson that we should not...
