Thanks guys. This is exactly why I love this board. Great info straight! Ok, so I'm leaning toward the Pfluger president. Since I will be using this as my primary float reel for salmon/steel, what model would you recommend? I use 40lb power pro on my float rod. :scratch: Also, what do you guys think...

Sorry. Yes, I meant spinning reel. I have a nice bait cast set up. Looking for a spinning reel recommendation.

TDRs come in diff wts and lengths...... I have 2, one is busted, looking to see if match and if he's close enough to make it worth my while to go look at mine...
