Why is it strictly C&R? The rulebook says there's retention allowed September 1st through October 15th. No emergency rules in place for the Snohomish regarding sturgeon...

I've caught a silver using a blue fox spinner. Never tried them for pinks, but I don't know why it wouldn't work.
