A weighted treble is not legal even for "natives". I believe they can use two single point hooks but not weighted. I may be wrong however but that is my understanding.

oh yeah, lamis used to be my fav, just as good as a g.loomis but half the price but most are just 1 year warrantees but I have only broke 1 lamiglas though. Me and my dad have so many of those norwest specials and graphite rods becuase they were really cheap at sportsmans and joes sporting goods. B...

Both loomis' and lamiglas' are way overpriced. Don't even bother with either of the two, trust me I have both a GL3 and xmg50. For the money, St. Croix wild river rod is definitely the one you wanna get. Lamiglas Certified pro is a great rod and not overpriced at all. and their customer service can...

I agree that if we don't take action there will be nothing left in the rivers for future generations regardless of heritage. ignorance and greed rule the land and we need to speak out. in Oregon the fishing organizations are finally united in the fight to remove the gillnets from the rivers. :cheers...

I have a 9'6" 8-17 spinning rod that i use for bobber and eggs. quality rod with good customer service. and made in good ol USA. hard to go wrong with St. Croix.

legal to do so means if it says it has to be in the mouth then head gillplate or eye is not legal. if fishing a gillplate forward fishery then you have to keep it unless it has a extra fin in a native release fishery. they just don't want you releasing legal fish that are going to die from the wound...

I use my thumb as the drag. better control over your reel and the fish. but if it wants to run let it or you will end up with a burnt thumb.
