According to the long range forecast, eastern Washington may have some ice forming on the area lakes starting this weekend. Low's are suppose to drop into the upper teens and lower 20's.

I remember Kent State very well, but what does that have to do with sports?

Snow on the ground here. It started about 3:00 p.m. and blew hard with gusts up to 30 mph. There for a while we had blizzard like conditions. Only got about an inch in Spokane, but it certainly let us know that winter is here.

In my opinion, the stadium gates should be padlocked for 5 years and the school should concentrate on academics instead of a money making football team. But, this will all be forgotten by the time the championship games come around. Moral and ethical behavior rank below sports in this world today.
