Lake Roosevelt area during the second week of August you can catch hundreds daily,I wont say where but we have been doing it for years. Look for cool water in about 15 fow. Good luck all, YUM-YUM. Several of us do this hence the large numbers, its all within the limits.

I also cant catch enough fish, wish there were 10 fish limits close by us. Thanks Phil, I know the place you are talking about above Ft. Spokane, but have not talked to them as of yet on price, size, availability, etc. It seems like it's never open when we go buy, but I don't always pay attention either, and most of our launches nowdays takes place at Lincoln.
