I agree! lots of good water around here with big fish. I think most of us have had that moment where we doa rinky dinky cast too somthin, let it sit on bottom then real it in really fast to cast to somethin else and before you no it theres a 10+ lber hot on your baits tail then ~*PooF*~ she's gone.....

had a great day on sunday, for fishin that lake for the first time in 10 years or so, did some exploreing, caught some small fish, had acouple real nice follows, but the big ones were down deep. played with the aqua view, biggums were around 20 ft mark. found new structure. going back this saturday....

COOL Dude! after 15 years of C&R i finally kept a 4.13lb, beer batter deep fryed was awesome! i highlyrecomend it!!!

My lady and I will be there on sunday. its been years since ive fished it but if I run accross yah out there ill tell whats been workin and so forth. anyway, best of luck!

scratch this trip.... apperantly, yesterday while i was down stairs with the fella's, the miss's made plans with the other ladies too get there nails done on her b-day and some how i cant go fishin????? so ill be felling trees instead... need to stock up on firewood anyway.... :(

Cool. im figuring of judt dropping the trolling motor and heading south from the boat launch, the stat launch that is. so we will see.

Ok, well, my wifes B-day is the 11th next week and Im taking the day off and we are going to tapps. the down side, i have never been there lol I live about 5 miles from the state launch. So since i dont know anything about the lake, iam looking for imput of any kind.ive been on google earth i dont k...

So this up coming easter weekend on the 23rd and 24th I will be down in stevenson/carson with my lady's family, Im thinkin about tryin to pull the boat down there and fish some points between stevenson and the boatlaunch. just so you no, its just a few miles up from the bonneville damn/ cascade lock...

one of my favorite colors, that bass pro shop dosnt make anymore, is the Blue Shad. I ordered a 50 pack about 10 years or so ago then they stoped the color. back in the day, it kicked butt at duck lake! it won me that tourney also lol i need to find my camra??????:-k
