How late in the season can you have good Koke fishing at Roosevelt? I can't make it up for a few weeks and was wondering if fishing might still be good later this month. I'm hoping they do the normal Koke thing and just go deeper as the water warms but still be willing to bite.

googled all sorts of salmon/trout fry and am unable to find a perfect match. I was leaning to it being a cutthroat fry, but the eye looks different to me. BTW, this lake has the potential to hold all species of salmon fry. Searching for "fry" probably won't give you a match. It looks well past fry ...

The Deschutes (oregon one) has had a no fishing from a floating device reg for a long time. The way it's written it allows those with disabilities to still fish from a boat. I take it the WA reg did not have that part. Should be simple to add.
