I'm glad that someone caught the change in time to stop the waste of time and money. Don't get me wrong, I'm not dismissing the kayak, canoe or car topper crowd, but the whole point of those types of boats is the fact that they don't need an improved area to launch. It almost looks like the Columbia just below Vantage from the west side of the river......almost. Close enough for me to keep the game moving along. I guess the report from the skagit posted on september 24 should be deleted then too. It was my favorite poaching report because the fisherman called out all the litterbugs , preached the word of taking kids fishing , released a chrome chinook nate , then poached a boot hatchery chinook.
