That is my only car. That truck in the background is my brother in laws that was at a family get together. Wish I had a truck. I sold my gas guzzling Silverado, but now still wish I had it at times.

I have also tried those fake berkley I think is the brand worms and they never worked. The real thing has always worked best for me. I keep my own worm farm, so I get them pretty plump before I harvest some to take out for the day with me.

Those pictures are a bit crazy. I don't really agree with wasting any fish no matter what it is.

I have gone fishing with my dad at Westport when I was a kid. That is actually where I grew up there in Grays Harbor. We would fish from the Jetty. I can not remmeber how we did as I was very young, but I remember Jetty only. We never really fished from the sand.

That was one of the sickest fish stories I have ever heard. I would have surely lost it.

I watched a large tiger be landed a couple of weekends ago at Fish Lake in Cheney. That was the first time I had seen one.

I would be very interested in this information as well. I love fishing the rivers and just moved to the area.

Has anyone ever tried fishing the pond size piece of Medical Lake that is across the road from the end near the access to the hospital? There has to be something in there. Or is there?

I have never heard of the golden trout I will have to look that up now. Sounds about as rare as actually finding gold, very interesting.

I have never thought of using them for the meat. I have always caught them again with the simple process of just the worms, but I will try this next time. I wonder also if bluegill meat could be a good attractant for larger fish?

I have only caught crappie when keeping it simple with just a worm.

I have read as long as you wash them well like anything else you can re-use them up to ten times or more. I was looking some up after I read your post.

Fish Lake in Cheney is loaded with Blue-Gill. We never keep any, but fun for the family to catch a lot of something.

Thank you for the tips. I am leaning more towards Anthony's becasue my wife prefers the seafood and the view sounds nice. I will let you know how it goes.

I much prefer the circle hook, because I have found out that it seems that the fish do set the hook themselves.
