Gissberg Ponds AKA Twin Lakes is the lakes you can see along the west side of I-5 as you're northbound on I-5 just before Smokey Point. The other Twin Lakes is east of Arlington. You take the next exit past exit 206, go eastbound on Highway 530 past Arlington, then up the road (I think Arlington Heights Road, but it may be Jim Creek, look at a map)to those lakes. Last I had heard they were on Navy property and the Navy charges an access fee to the public to fish them. One of the lakes is a put and take fishery, the other is catch and release only and has a few 5# fish in it. You can only use boats on them that you rent on site...
