Snohomish County’s Loma Lake is located about 6 ½ miles NW from Marysville. It covers 21 surface acres, reaches depths of about 28 feet and lies at an elevation of 465 feet. Fish species include rainbow and cutthroat trout, largemouth bass, crappie and pumpkinseed sunfish. Public access is provided by the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife. The large access area has plenty of parking space, a pit toilet and a solid gravel boat launching area. Sign posted at the access reads, “Motor powered water craft prohibited on this lake.” Bring paddles or oars.
