King County’s Holm Lake is located about 4 ¾ miles east from Auburn. It covers 19 surface acres, reaches depths of 31 feet and lies at an elevation of 400 feet. Fish species include rainbow trout, largemouth bass and bullhead catfish. Public access is provided by the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife. The small access area has limited parking space, a gravel boat launching area that is best suited for hand carried craft – And, usually a portable toilet during the spring.
