Grays Harbor County’s Lake Sylvia is located about one mile north from Montesano. It covers 31 surface acres, reaches depths of up to 45 feet and lies at an elevation of 80 feet. Fish species include rainbow trout and largemouth bass – both species are known to grow to impressive sizes. Public access is provided by Lake Sylvia State Park. The park has a concrete plank boat launching ramp that is difficult for trailered boats and has very limited trailer and tow rig parking. Overnight camping and modern restrooms are available.
